Founded by Jeff and Annette Fulgenzi of Sherman, Illinois, Fulgenzi Marketing Concepts is staffed by a group of enthusiastic, creative people ready to help their customers GET NOTICED.
With a bachelors degree in marketing from Western University, Jeff earned real-life marketing experience when he ran successfully for a seat on the Sangamon County Board three times. He also served as a registered lobbyist, and has held various governmental positions including Director of the Governors Rural Affairs Council for the State of Illinois, Senior Public Service Administrator for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, and Senior Policy Advisor to former Lt. Governor Corinne Wood of Illinois.
Jeff and Annettes own marriage started off on a somewhat creative foot. Jeffs marriage proposal not only won Annettes hand in marriage, but it was so unique it ended up in the book The Worlds Greatest Proposals by Fred Cuellar.
